After working as a physical therapist for over 22 years and treating hundreds of adults who suffered from falls and injuries, I am excited to share with the world why people tend to fall and how to avoid falls. Many persons who are prone to falls have lost strength, flexibility, power, and balance – which are all needed to avoid falls. Research shows that people begin to lose strength and power as early as in their 30’s. Recognizing this fact, prevention must begin before we reach the silver and golden years. By performing the beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs, the reader will regain their balance, strength, power, agility, and confidence to better prevent falls and live more abundantly.
